I just confirm this bug when you want to generate the barcodes...
koha-error-log says pb in /intranet/cgi-bin/barcodes/barcodesGenerator.pl

in line 33 it says :

use PDF::API2::PDF::Utils;

 
There is some kind of AP2::PDF missing or something and also when you want to
generate it searchs this page : 

http://localhost:8080/cgi-bin/koha/barcodes/barcodesGenerator.pl

localhost:8080 is intranet in my apache config
