Stack field of items is not coded in biblio. So although you can map it to 
your MARC holdings it does not get updateted or inserted in items table.
Suggestion:
MARC mapping uses SHOW COLUMNS to read all the items colums when yo are doing 
your mappings, but the OLDxxxitems subroutines are hardcoded with column names 
(missing stack field). OLDxxxitems subroutines can do the same trick so that 
we always have matching fieldnames on both tables.
