Somewhere in the latest round of 2.2 work (I think) the option to edit the
biblio in anything other than MARC format has gone awol.

If you've got MARC turned off you should be able to edit using-

/cgi-bin/koha/modbib.pl
/cgi-bin/koha/modwebsites.pl?biblionumber=

And for groups
/cgi-bin/koha/modbibitem.pl?bibitem=28&biblio=27&submit=Edit

And for items
/cgi-bin/koha/moditem.pl

The item one is there - the group one looks like it's there in the default
templates but doesn't work, the biblio ones I think aren't there at all.

I think it's both default and NPL templates.
