mmm... do you mean your pb happends when you click "delete" on
"/cgi-bin/MARCdetail.pl" screen ? I just tested it, and the confirm is requested
with or without items attached to the biblio.
So I don't understand well your problem. pls give more info.

(+ I lower severity to "normal", this feature is not heavily used, and once
warned, you can pay more attention to the "delete button" ;-) )
