I test this a few seconds, with your DB, dumped & reinstalled on my computer.
It works as it should :
Koha >> catalogue >> search on barcode = 014779 >> MARC detail >> request >> I
see that N. Fontaine blanc (borrower N°12 has already reserved the book)
Koha >> circulation >> bardon >> entering barcode 014779 >> result : "Reserved
by 2005-03-01 : Nathalie FONTAINE BLANC (nblanc)" confirm or don't confirm
issue, with the cancel reserve checkbox.

So I still can't reproduce the problem...
