Do you need to add a note to an order line (not too easy to write) or to the
complete basket (easier to write) ?
This note would be for the librarian only, imho.
If the book is definetly unavailable, then you have a lot of things to do, that
can't be automated :
* warn the user
* delete the biblio (because the biblio is created immediatly when you create
the order, even if it's a almost empty biblio)
