In V2.2.1 (and in your mail "Koha 2.2.1 disponible"), you tell that we can
delelete a subscription notice inactived.
Yes, we can do it for example in our DB for
cgi-bin/koha/bull/subscription-detail.pl?subscriptionid=11, 27, 65, 73, 75, 77,
78, 80, 81, 83, 89 (I did not test all notices).
But we can not do it after having deleted items (to change "status" notice in
"inactived") 
For example, now, we can not delete 8 (on which I have deleted items, so now,
this notice 8 is inactived (=seulement 1 bulletin en attente).
