you can't delete a subscription once you have added an issue (either "arrived"
or "will never arrive")

(in french to avoid translations problems)
on ne peut pas supprimer un abonnement dès que l'on a bulletiné 1 bulletin. Donc
même si tu as déclaré 1 bulletin définitivement absent, et bien tu as bulletiné.
La suppression n'est dispo que pour les erreurs de saisie.

so, i think it's no more a bug & can be closed again.
