Which version of koha are you using?

Because it seems to work fine in 2.2.3 and prior.
On one machine i have 18 koha's running all using different koha.conf files with
lines like

SetEnv KOHA_CONF "/etc/koha-unido.conf" in my koha-httpd.conf
