Searching in IRC logs, I've found some bits of discussion about bug 969:

Going further in my test, I've found that for issue confirmation, only the
first (highest priority) reserve is displayed and only this one is cancelled,
without changing the priority of other reserves. I really wonder how all this
should work in reality...
