Strangely, the catalogue-home.pl script still works. In fact, it even has an
option that the normal search doesn't, the ability to search a browseable list
of subjects, something that used to exist in the old koha, but was lost
somewhere around 2.2 or so. 

So what's the deal with this old catalogue-home.pl? Is it useful, should we
update it? or just discard it? Is it used by non-marc koha?
