I have confirmed this happens in default templates too ... so we should either:

1. remove the link to print
2. put a detailprint.pl in authorities dir that works

Note that the same problem exists in the OPAC, except there is a
opac-detailprint.pl, but it can't do authorities!! So we need to fix this in
both places in npl and default templates.
