I strongly think it's dangerous for koha 2.2 to apply this patch without a
heavy test.
it's a very large patch !

mySQL 5 is NOT supported in Koha 2.x, this problem is not the only one
(reserved words, ...)
I will add a line in release notes to say this clearly.
However, I don't close the "bug", as it will have to be applied to Koha 3.0,
that we want to support mySQL 5
