Update: There's a missing step in Paul's testing sequence:

- login in OPAC with patron A
- login in intranet as librarian B
- check that book X is not issued
- in OPAC, reserve book X

- in libraryain interface : return book X and confirm reservation

- in librarian interface : Koha >> circulation >> issue >> patron C >> barcode
X >> warning "confirm the issue because it's reserved by A" >> un checking the
"cancel reserve" & confirm the issuing >> issuing done
- going back to OPAC => patron A still has book X reserved.
- going back to intranet => search book X => request => can see patron A has a
reserve on this book

HOWEVER: My testing now shows that the reserve is /not/ cancelled as it was
before. The only glitch at this point seems to be that the item still shows as
"Waiting" on the original patron's screen (even though the item has been
checked out to someone else).  This is inaccurate and inconvenient, but
certainly not a blocker.
