This was owed to two things :
1) a change of the year beahaviour that didnot take receiveddate any longer but
more publisheddate.
2) If no date were seen, it did not display any because of a bad management of
null dates (multiple null ids were created) 
This bug was warned in C4/Bull.pm code but wasnot coped with.
Now Fixed.
