Now I get a screen with:
 No Publication Date
Information	Publication Date	Reception Date	Number	Status
			Vol 1 No 7	Arrived
		1920-01-01	Vol 1 No 6	Waited
		1934-01-01	Vol 1 No 2	Waited
		1941-01-01	Vol 1 No 4	Waited
		1950-01-01	Vol 1 No 3	Waited
		1952-01-01	Vol 1 No 5	Waited
		2006-01-01	Vol 1 No 1	Waited 

Note that:

1. nothing in 'information' or 'publication date' columns
2. 1st reception date is missing
3. statuses are backwards (waited ones were actually marked arrived, and
arrived one should be marked 'waiting' or 'awaited' (in english, waited is
incorrect in this context)
4. the link for 'No Publication Date' has a javascript function that does
nothing.

This was tested by creating a brand new serial, and receiving 6 issues, then
looking at the full view.
