Go to circ/circulation.pl.  Search for patrons by last name.  Search results
are case-sensitive; if you have patron data in all caps, their results are
before those in normal case, something like this:

SMITH, JOHN
SMITH, PAT
SMITH, ZOE
Smith, Alice
