When you disable the virtual Shelves in system preferences, you always can put
books in them from the OPAC.
You can't create new shelf anymore, and cant see the contents of the shelves
that's the  difference.
I think if you disable virtual shelves, you should see nothing about them on
the OPAC, is it right ?
