A little code could remove one click from the circulation process.
My idea is like this: if a barcode is entered and not copy found associated
with that barcode, then circulation could check if a patron is associated with
that number instead.
Switching patrons would be as easy as entering the patrons cardnumber straight
into the copy barcode input field.  This would work as long as cardnumbers and
barcodes where never the same.
