It would be nice for many catalogers to to have a "quick label button" to print
a single spine label. This button could be on the item page or bib page, but I
would guess the ITEM page would be best because the label will/could be
different for each item. 

The output page once the button is pressed need only be standard unformatted
text with on data element per line. The format can be taken from the
spine-label settings. 

Again, this is a "single" spine label print option since many catalogers work
this way. It does not need to call the existing code for spine labels which
maintain a list, just pull the fields and print them.
