Edit biblio (addbiblio.pl) and edit item (additem.pl) screens should display
the title information (245a,245b/245p) for the record being edited. This is an
important safeguard especially on the edit item screen (since it doesn't show
any other identifying information) to prevent errors in editing/deleting the
wrong record.
