Looking at the code, it looks like it's been cleaned up to use a mysql fulltext
search ... while this is technically nice, it doesn't work well for borrower
searches as implemented (probably mainly because the borrower's name isn't in a
single field). for dev_week I'm going to revert the code to the rel_2_2 way
unless anyone has a better suggestion.
