I think this falls under the heading of this bug:

The search results page isbnsearch.pl (submitted from addboks.pl) lists only 10
results with no links for additional search results pages. The search seems
less accurate than before (compared to the behavior of rel_2_, for instance).

Also: isbnsearch.pl says "Search Results for ISBN <searchterm>" regardless of
whether you entered a title or an ISBN.
