* Situation:
  - A new record was added thru
    Catalogue -> Add biblio -> Create empty biblio
  - Data entered in Unicode (Tamil)
  - Able to search it
  - Quering record with mysql client shows correct unicode data
So far so good...

* Issue:
  - After retrieving the new biblio record, and making
    ANY change to record and saving it:
     * The record's publisher fields (tag 260) and its sub fields
       get stored in a non-unicode format in mysql (And 
       shows up as junk when viewing with the browser, 
       both from opac and "Normal" tab of intranet)
   + Displays OK when acessing these fileds thru "Edit biblio"
   + Atleast author & title tags do not have this issue

* Setup:
  . Ubuntu 6.06
  . Apache 2.0.54-5ubuntu2
  . 4.1.12-1ubuntu3
  . 5.8.7-5ubuntu1
  . true for Both koha 2.2.6 & koha 2.2.6RC2
  . browser: firefox 1.0.7
