In returns.pl, it would be nice to have a check box which allows "EXEMPT
RETURNS" such that until unchecked, all returned checked in while the box is
checked will not have late fines attributed to a patron.

Also, as a similar option, would be to have a field to type in (or pull down)
the number of days to add to the returns in this browser session, +1, +2, +3,
etc. such that vacations and Sunday's can be handled. This would allow much
more flexibility for returns.
