I've commited a better behaviour of hidelostitems systempref.
if it is set, items are no more hidden in librarian interface if the user has
superlibrarian or editcatalogue permissions

pls confirm this fix works, (no changes on templates)

One last thing to fix : in MARC & ISBD view, hide lost items as well, for
instance they are shown.
