I think kados is right : we have a onBlur property that could be used to fill
the value when the user enter the subfield.
You can see unimarc_field_210 plugin, that "magically" find the editor from the
isbn to see how it works.

However, I suggest we move this bug to rel_3 because it's more "code cleaning"
than a bug
