I hope the following is of use. I've included the versions of installed
packages and modules of this particular install (I've installed a few times
varying versions of modules). My installation steps can be found at
http://wiki.koha.org/doku.php?id=openbsd with some variations installing perl
modules as I try to figure out this issue.
