Hi All,

I am using Koha 2.2.4 in my library I have problem with adding authority can
any one solve my problem 

When I click on add authority command button In IE it gives "error in the page"
In Fire Fox it wont give any response



I am using 
Apache 2.0 As webserver
Mysql 1.4 

When I click the letter also it gives the error message
