It seems that items have the I-TYPE (check-in/out rules) and Call # saved in
the BIB but for items with 1 bib and multiple items, say in Reference and the
in the general collection, they could have different call numbers and also
different I-TYPES for check out rules. For instance REF materials do not circ,
but a General item would. We have many instances of this in our library. I have
informed Josh, but wanted to put the enhancement req. here.
