High Priority Bug!!!!

If you edit an item on a biblio that has some fields with the same tagorder as
the items tag, the tags that have the same tagorder as the items tags (but that
are not items tags themselves) are lost. This is the root cause of most of the
bugs related to missing tags/subfields including the missing 090 that
occasionally happens.
