In diagnosing what I thought was a javascript problem, I found that I can't
delete patrons. The link in the template points to:

/cgi-bin/koha/members/deletemem.pl?member=<!-- TMPL_VAR NAME="borrowernumber"
-->

Bypassing any question about whether the redirect is working properly, opening
that URL directly with a borrwernumber filled in doesn't delete the patron. No
errors in the log that I can see.
