* alt phone has been renamed to B_phone : each member, whatever it's category
can have 2 different adresses. For an adult, it can be 'main', and 'alt'. for a
student, it can be 'school time' and 'parents' ...
In the template, the B_phone was displayed only for Childrens (???) I've moved
it to the alt contact area.

* the altrelationship has been renamed to relationship, and, has disappeared
from the template. I just reintroduced it in the templates, shoud reappear soon
on your copy ;-)

* the contactname should not be readonly, as one may have a children
registrered without the guarantor registered at the library. So i've removed
the readonly as well.

* I just added a child to my DB, and the contact name is filled correctly.
Could you test again, pls & detail what you do (just in case we do things
differently)

* alt note has been renamed to contactnote, and, I don't know why, is missing
in the template. I've reintroduced it, should reappear soon on your copy as
well.

I'm also changing some fields depending on the category_type
(for example : remove DoB for an institution)
