When I try to run '/cgi-bin/koha/opac-rss.pl?q=pirate', I get an error:

Cannot open file rss/rQFe9F2DjL9hnS+fe72thg for write: Permission denied at
/home/jmf/koha/production/opac/cgi-bin/opac-rss.pl line 155

Also, rather than use 'searchdesc', this feature should use search_cgi and
limit_cgi

I'm removing PATCH-Sent status as the original patch didn't resolve all the
issues with this feature.
