ISBN as entered in 020 is allowed to have the extra stuff per MARC21, alas: but
for indexing and linking purposes, normalization is OK.  Main thing is that
strict catalogers will complain if 020 as they entered is munged, so normalized
version should be stored in place other than 020$a
