Clicking on the link - Search for Biblio on the subscription add screen gives
the following Error

Software error:

Can't use an undefined value as an ARRAY reference at
/home/russel/koha.git/serials/subscription-bib-search.pl line 78.

CGI::Carp 

Marking as a Blocker because can't add a subscription if this search is broken.
