[Koha-bugs] [Bug 1703] Returning an item on reserve is not causing ModReserveAffect to be called, thus the reserve status is not updated

This happens if you are trying to return an item at another branch/library than
its home one.
This message overrides the reserve, and even though it does update the
holdingbranch to where you have just returned it. It doesnt update the reserve.
