Algorithm::CheckDigits::M43_001 doesn't export its version correctly, it's
added to the list of modules to install when you follow the README.debian, but
it's commented out of Makefile.PL (along with Algorithm::CheckDigits), which I
couldn't find. I'm de-prioritizing this, but keeping it open since there are
clearly still issues related to this module.
