Testing adding new budgets to a fund. Have set up the fund and now am adding
some budgets. 

>From /cgi-bin/koha/admin/aqbookfund.pl I can add a new budget for a fund. This
takes you to a page where you can edit the budget details
/cgi-bin/koha/admin/aqbudget.pl?op=add_form&bookfundid=REF&branchcode=SAT2 -
this works fine. 

Upon saving the new budget, you are taken to a screen that displays all
budgets. There is currently no way to add a new budget from this screen. 

Instead you need to use the links in the Left hand side navigation or the
breadcrumbs to back step to the Funds page and then start again. Ideally there
would be a way to add a new budget from the the budgets display page -
/cgi-bin/koha/admin/aqbudget.pl
