I go to add MARC and am presented with the blank MARC framework. Enter the
title God in the Dock into the 245a title field (MARC21). Press z39.50 Search
button. Select z3950.loc.gov server and search internet. I am presented with
irrelevant results.

I can only get the relevant results if I include quotation marks around my
search term (i.e. "God in the Dock").

Desired result is to enter the title without quotation marks and get relevant
results.
