Also hitting return ie submitting a blank cardnumber, will set the issues back
ready for the next patron.
At least this is how it used to work :) Can you try it works.

It was designed so that you could use it without touching the mouse.
Hit return when you have finished with a borrower and if you have printers set
up, it prints an issues slip and resets ready for the next borrower.
