OK, I tried using Paul's database structure, and now I get:

# 02_authorities_normal_marc21.sql
ERROR 1062 (23000) at line 1: Duplicate entry '010-a' for key 1
# 01_auth_types.sql
ERROR 1062 (23000) at line 2: Duplicate entry '' for key 1
