Detail:
Broken view of cyrillic character No 1051 (or 0x41B)
 in pull-down lists (e.i. itemtypes, branches etc)
tested on 2.2.6 MySqL 4.1 and 2.2.9, MySQL 5, Debian 
also such bug present on http://koha.liblime.com system.
In MySQL tables via phpmyadmin all Ok
