Update from Mason (LibLime Koha Day)

still looks to be an issue in devweek and rel2.2

a new DelBiblo() sub has been added to Biblio.pm in devweek

but is only being used by ./misc/scrub_orphaned_biblios.pl script
which looks to be a manually run script written by Kyle.
