If you add or edit a biblio using acqui.simple/addbiblio.pl, the check for
missing subfield reports this instead of telling you which fields are missing:

Please fix the following problem(s)

- 2 mandatory fields empty
---> (tab t)
---> (tab t)
- 2 mandatory subfields empty (see highlighted subfields)
---> (tab t)
---> (tab t)

I think the problem might be in addbiblio.tmpl somewhere in function Check(f)
but I can't figure out where exactly.  In the previous version of
addbiblio.tmpl it worked fine.  This is on dev_week, btw.
