I tried to delete a bib record and everything was deleted except the subtitle.
For bib numbers that have been used since, the old subtitle shows up before the
real subtitle. Exporting the MARC record, the phantom subtitle does not show
up. I'm assuming that the subtitle was not properly deleted from the tables.
Koha 2.2.8
Debian Etch
mysql 5.0

Running rebuildnonmarc.pl fixed all occurrences where a new record has the same
bib number as the troublesome deleted record. But it does not fix it in cases
in which the bib number is not currently occupied by a record.
