We are accustomed to this ordering system for the list of checkouts on
circulation.pl: Today's issues are ordered in the order in which they were
checked out, with the last item to be checked out at the top of the list.
Previous issues are the reverse: previous issues are in ascending order of date
due, with the soonest-due (or overdue) at the top.
