Use case:

[1] Go to Admin | System Preferences
[2] Pick a preference tab, e.g., 'OPAC'.
[3] Edit a preference.

Desired result:

* user is returned to the preference tab she started from before editing the
preference.

Current behavior:

* user is sent to the 'Others' tab.
