When I try to delete a subfield from a MARC Authority framework
(/cgi-bin/koha/admin/auth_subfields_structure.pl?op=delete_confirm), the
confirmation screen doesn't show the description (<!-- TMPL_VAR
NAME="liblibrarian" -->)
