I don't think it's just that commit, reverting it and there are still some
problems (from my recent testing).

1. clicking on the tabs tends to be 'jumpy' rather than seamless like it was
before
2. the click does change the tab properly, but it doesn't seem to be changing
the input, so if you go to circulation and click on the 'search the catalog'
tab, and try to do a search, it will do a patron search
3. if you go to catalog, do a search, and on the results page, click on 'check
out', the input boxes disappear altogether
